Spay/Neuter Tattoo Kit

The OVMA created this kit to help eliminate the guessing game of whether pets have been altered. Our goals are to reduce unnecessary surgeries, identify dogs that have been altered, and help to increase adoption rates of cats and dogs through shelters.
