This policy applies to any new ads submitted to us and to any renewal requests.

Classified ads will appear in one issue of the OVMA member newsletter--published bimonthly in February, April, June, August, October and December--and on this Web site for 2 months.

Due to space constraints in the newsletter, we cannot honor requests to run ads "until filled." Renewal requests (and applicable payment) must received by the deadline listed below or the ad will be removed from the newsletter after one issue and Web site after two months.

Ad placement and renewal deadlines are: January 15, March 15, May 15, July 15, September 15, and November 15.

Note: There is a 75 word maximum per ad. Contact information (the To Apply: section) is not included in the word count.

Members: FREE, up to 50 words
There is a $25 charge per ad per issue for any amount of additional words after 50 up to the 75 word maximum, excluding contact information.

Non-Members: $75 per ad per issue, 75 word maximum per ad. Ads over 75 words, excluding contact information, will not be accepted.

Relief Veterinarians: Ads offering relief veterinarian services placed by OVMA members that are 50 words or less (contact information not included) are exempt from the renewal policy; ads will be run continuously. However, payment policies for ads that exceed 50 words still apply.

How to submit your ad: Email your ad, or fax it to the OVMA office at (503) 363-4218. If payment is required, you can mail us your ad along with a check, or call
(800) 235-3502 to pay by Visa or MasterCard. If you a staff member who is submitting an ad on behalf of an OVMA member, please note the member's name and clinic in your communication to us.

Please Contact OVMA when you have filled your position or sold your item so that we may remove your ad in a timely fashion.
